To pay the room charges in advance during check-in and to settle the hotel bills by a mode of payment acceptable to the hotel. Personal cheques are not accepted. In case the organization / individual fails to settle the bill, the guest will personally be liable. The guest agrees to be held responsible for any and all charges incurred during the stay and agrees to settle his accounts on demand. The guest authorizes the hotel management to charge his/her credit/debit card for any charges not settled upon departure.
Guests are requested to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations enforced from time to time and the House rules annexed in the service directory placed in the room. Room keys must be returned to the reception upon departure. INR 500 per key would be charged for lost/damaged keys. No visitors are allowed on guest floors & in guest rooms.
Liability of the hotel arising out of the stay of the guest shall be limited to a sum not exceeding the maximum amount payable by the guest to the hotel on account of his/her stay bill.
Liability of the hotel arising out of any claim by the guest on account of any tortuous act shall be limited to a sum not exceeding the maximum amount payable by the guest on account of his/her stay bill.
All disputes arising from or incidental to the stay itself or any other person(s) directly or indirectly involved shall be a subject matter of dispute between the guest and the hotel only and shall be preferable to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 conducted in the city of Karnal by a sole arbitrator who shall, inter alia, have experience of ten years in the hospitality industry and be duly appointed by the Indian Council of Arbitration. All disputes between the guest and the Hotel shall be governed by Indian Law and subject to Karnal jurisdiction only. No other court shall have jurisdiction with respect to such disputes.
Any Damage / Spoilage to hotel linen / property will attract charges.
Food brought from outside the property is not permitted on the premises. Food ordered through any third-party aggregator/delivery service such as Zomato and Swiggy is not permitted on the premises.
The guests are requested to keep their valuables inside the safe deposit locker. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss/theft in the hotel premises.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
The management will not be held responsible for any security issues arising due to negligence and breach of hotel rules and policies by guests.
